2.Q: What is your processing time ?
A: All washing, dry cleaning services will be delivered in 48 hours.
3.Q: How do I book a pick up ?
A: Simply "Schedule A Pickup" on our home page or call us on 080-42103164.
4.Q: Do you charge on kg basis ?
A: Yes, we charge on kg basis for laundry washing with a minimum load of 4kg.
5.Q: What if i have just 1 or 2 kg of laundry ?
A: 1 or 2 kg of clothes for laundry will the charged the same as for the minimum load of 4 kg.
6.Q: How much do my clothes weigh ?
A: Shirt: 250 - 300 g
T-shirt: 100 - 200 g
Jeans: 600 - 800 g
Trouser: 400 - 600 g
Salwaar / Churidar: 200 – 400 g
Cotton Pant 450 – 500 g
Ladies Tshirt 100 – 150 g

7.Q: How do I pay ?
A: We accept only cash payment for now.
8.Q: Do you mix clothes ?
A: Every customers clothes are washed separately and that is why we take minimum load of 4 kg.
9.Q: Do you separate whites and colors ?
A: We wash whites separately with warm water and we also check for color bleeding in colored clothes.
10.Q: Do you also provide Dry Cleaning ?
A: Yes, we do offer Dry Cleaning service. Prices based on unit quantity.
